As long as the amount of hydraulic oil is sufficient and the oil quality is high, the folding arm elevator can provide greater torque output and improve work efficiency. So how do we determine whether the newly added hydraulic oil is sufficient? What is the hydraulic oil quantity specification?
& nbsp; When adding hydraulic oil, we can extend the cylinder to the position for filling. When adding, the lifting channel should not exceed the position, and then retract the cylinder to check if the hydraulic oil level is lower than the position. Keep it between the two. When adding hydraulic oil, attention should also be paid to the structure of the oil cylinder. Some oil cylinders have complex interiors and require a certain amount of lifting and lowering operations to fully transport the hydraulic oil to each direction. Therefore, try to add as much oil as possible during the filling process, and then run some empty machine tests to see if additional directions have been reached.
