Usage:
1. The hydraulic lifting platform (hereinafter referred to as the platform) has been inspected and debugged before leaving the factory, and all technical indicators meet the design requirements. When in use, only the ground wire needs to be connected, and the hydraulic and electrical systems do not need to be adjusted.
2. Before using the platform, it is necessary to carefully check the hydraulic and electrical systems for any leakage or exposure before use.
3. When the platform is in use, the four legs should be firmly supported on a solid ground (based on the walking wheels about to leave the ground), and sleepers can be used if necessary.
4. The platform can only be loaded for operation after 1-3 empty runs.
5. The center of the load should be located as close as possible to the center of the workbench.
6. The movable doors at both ends of the protective railing should be tightly closed and locked before work can begin.
7. Hydraulic control system
Working process: First, start the motor start switch, the motor rotates, the gear pump pumps oil, the oil cylinder extends, and the platform lifts; When reaching the required working height, press the motor stop button to stop the platform from lifting, and then you can start working. When descending, press the electromagnet on button. At this time, the oil cylinder returns oil and the platform descends by its own weight. After reaching the original position, turn off the electromagnet (power off).
Notes:
1. When using the platform, the workbench should be kept level.
2. When working outdoors, safety ropes should be tied to platforms over five meters.
3. During the lifting process of the platform, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to climb. If maintenance is required, the platform must be securely lifted before proceeding.
4. After the platform is raised, it cannot be moved, and the four legs cannot be lifted for operation without being supported tightly.
5. Overloading is strictly prohibited during the use of the platform, and the items carried should be safely placed on the workbench and not moved.
6. The hydraulic oil used should be kept clean and free from water and other impurities. It is generally replaced every six months. N32 hydraulic oil is generally used in winter; Use N46 in summer.
7. When the platform malfunctions, the power supply should be cut off in a timely manner for maintenance.
