1、 Instructions for using the mobile hydraulic boarding bridge:
1. Move the boarding bridge to the work site, close the shut-off valve of the manual pump, press the manual pump, and raise the bridge deck to the appropriate height (adjusted according to the vehicle model).
2. The truck slowly fell under the bridge (visually inspect that the tongue plate reinforcement does not interfere after falling).
3. Open the manual pump shut-off valve to allow the bridge deck to freely overlap with the carriage, and do not move the wheels to bear the load.
4. Put down the tailboard, lock the bridge and the vehicle body with the locking chain, and then proceed with the loading and unloading operation.
5. After finishing the work, release the hanging chain, press the manual pump to detach the bridge deck from the vehicle, and the truck will drive away.
6. Fold up the tailboard and remove the boarding bridge.
2、 Precautions for moving hydraulic boarding bridge:
1. Before loading and unloading goods, the chain must be tightened, otherwise work cannot be carried out.
2. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
3. During the forklift loading and unloading process, try to avoid unnecessary overloading to prevent damage to the bridge deck and body, which may cause danger.
4. During the work process, the manual pump shut-off valve must be opened to keep the tires in a stress free state.
3、 Daily maintenance of mobile hydraulic boarding bridge
1. For outdoor use, the surface must be repainted and rust proofed once a year;
2. Hydraulic oil should be checked and replaced as necessary after 6 months of use; Add lubricating grease to the wheel axle and rotating parts every 1-3 months
