Basic principle of lifting platform: Gear oil is generated by an axial piston pump with a certain working pressure. It enters the lower part of the hydraulic cylinder through an oil filter, a explosion-proof electromagnetic valve, an overflow valve, a one-way throttle valve, and a static balance valve, causing the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to move upwards and lift the suspended object. The oil returning from the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the car fuel tank through a explosion-proof electromagnetic valve. Its rated working pressure is adjusted according to the speed control valve, and the reading value of the pressure gauge is observed based on the pressure gauge.
The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder moves downwards for fitness (i.e. descending the suspended object). The gear oil enters the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, and the return oil below the hydraulic cylinder returns to the car fuel tank through the static balance valve, one-way throttle valve, overflow valve, and explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve. To ensure stable descent of the suspended object, the braking system can be trusted. A static balance valve is installed on the return oil passage to balance the control circuit and maintain the working pressure, so that the descent speed will not be affected by the suspended object. The total flow rate is adjusted by the overflow valve to control the speed of the elevator.
